This document explains how the hr4u platform collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of users in Malaysia. Your privacy is our priority.
Effective: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
1. What Information Does hr4u Collect?
When you register and use the hr4u platform, we collect several categories of information to enable our services to operate safely and efficiently:
Your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and identification details provided during registration or account verification. This information is required to verify your identity and ensure your account is accessible only to its rightful owner.
Device type, operating system, browser version, IP address, and language settings. This data is used to optimise your platform experience on your device and to detect any suspicious access activity.
Records of deposit and withdrawal transactions in MYR (RM), the bank or e-wallet used, and the transaction reference number. Full bank account numbers are not stored directly in the hr4u system.
Game records, betting history, session duration, pages visited, and in-platform actions. This data helps us understand how users interact with the platform for the purpose of continuous improvement.
2. How Is Your Information Used?
Hr4u only uses the information collected for purposes directly related to delivering platform services. The following are the primary purposes for which your information is used:
- Identity verification and account security — ensuring that only you can access and manage your hr4u account.
- Transaction processing — verifies that deposits and withdrawals in MYR (RM) are processed correctly and securely.

Hr4u does not use your personal information for third-party marketing purposes without your express and explicit consent.
3. Cookie Usage and Session Tracking
The hr4u platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to ensure a smooth and secure user experience. Cookies are small data files stored on your device when you visit our platform.
Types of Cookies Used
Session cookies — required to maintain your logged-in status during an active session. These cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser.
Preference cookies — saves your personal settings such as interface language and display preferences so you do not need to reconfigure them each time you log in.
Analytical cookies — collects anonymised usage data to help us identify which parts of the platform are most frequently used and which areas need improvement.
You can manage cookie usage through your browser settings. However, disabling session cookies may cause certain platform features to stop working properly, including the ability to log in and play.
4. Data Storage, Security and Sharing
How Your Data is Stored
All hr4u user data is stored on servers protected with industry-standard SSL encryption. Database access is strictly limited to authorised personnel, and all access is logged for security audit purposes. Payment data is stored in accordance with the security standards set by Malaysia's local payment service providers.
Third-Party Sharing
Hr4u does not sell, rent, or share users' personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Information is only shared with authorised payment service providers (such as FPX and Touch 'n Go processors) solely for the purpose of processing your transactions, and with Malaysian legal authorities where required by law or a valid court order.
Data Retention Period
Account information is retained for as long as the account remains active and for seven years after account closure to meet Malaysia's legal compliance requirements.
