Hr4u Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the hr4u platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the hr4u platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the hr4u platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the hr4u platform ("We" or "Platform"). Continued use of this platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest applicable terms.

The hr4u platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the hr4u platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any existing balances.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. hr4u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. hr4u will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. 3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Permitted Use

Users may use the hr4u platform for personal entertainment purposes only, including Sports Betting, Live Casino games, jackpots, and e-sports. All activities must comply with applicable local laws and regulations in Malaysia.

Prohibited Activities
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform's systems and security.
  • Engaging in fraud, identity falsification, or money laundering activities through the platform.
  • Sharing your account or allowing others to use it.
  • Using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from hr4u.
Game Rules

All game results recorded by the hr4u platform system are final. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, users may contact customer support for a review. However, hr4u reserves the right to make the final decision in all disputes relating to game results and payout amounts.

4. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the hr4u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). hr4u does not accept payments in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go e-wallet, FPX, and bank transfers to local Malaysian banks listed in the platform's deposit section.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are determined by the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time. Current deposit limits can be viewed directly in your account section after logging in. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in their own name. Deposits from third parties will not be accepted and will be returned.

Winnings withdrawals are processed in accordance with the platform's standard verification procedures. hr4u reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Processing times are typically between one and three business days, depending on the chosen payment method and account verification status. hr4u is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.

5. Limitation of Liability, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

The hr4u platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that it will be free from technical disruptions, system outages, or errors. hr4u is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from service interruptions beyond our control.

Account Suspension & Closure

Hr4u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, platform abuse, breach of these terms, or any unlawful activity. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, the existing balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting hr4u customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all required verifications have been completed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hr4u platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, user interfaces, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of hr4u and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any element of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from hr4u.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Third-Party Links & Services

The hr4u platform may utilise third-party payment providers, game providers, or technology platforms to deliver certain services. hr4u is not responsible for the policies, practices, or content of such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third-party providers separately.

Changes to These Terms

Hr4u reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for checking this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through hr4u's internal dispute resolution procedures. Should an internal resolution not be reached, users agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the competent courts of Malaysia.
